Role & Responsibilities
- Work across all RIBA stages on high-end residential projects within prime London locations
- Produce detailed working drawing packages to support technical design and construction delivery
- Assist in preparation and submission of planning and listed building applications
- Collaborate with directors and project teams to support coordinated project delivery
- Work across both refurbishment and new-build residential schemes
- Support communication with clients and contractors throughout project stages
- Maintain accuracy and quality in technical documentation and design outputs
- Report progress to senior team members and contribute to project discussions
Skills & Experience Required
- RIBA Part II qualified or recently qualified architect with relevant UK experience
- Minimum two years post qualification experience within architectural practice
- Experience working on high-end residential projects within London locations
- Strong technical detailing skills and ability to produce construction drawing packages
- Experience preparing planning and listed building applications for submission
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks with willingness to develop software skills
- Ability to liaise with clients and contractors across project stages effectively
- Interest in interior design and high-end residential detailing within projects
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between £32,000 and £36,000 depending on experience and capability level
