I worked in the sales world for a few years and had always been interested in recruitment as a future career move but never wanted to move into a generic recruitment role. Then I found Hunter Dunning and was instantly attracted to the company due to its specialism within the property sector.

Fast forward 5 years and it’s the best decision I made! I initially joined the architecture team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and went through training that I believe helped me develop in the role very quickly.
