Role & Responsibilities
- Work on multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously from initial costing through to project completion
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare accurate FF&E cost estimates and procurement information
- Assist with tendering and analysing bespoke specification packages to select suitable project suppliers
- Obtain and negotiate quotations, proformas, invoices, purchase orders, and payments against project requirements
- Review delivery notes, condition reports, and inventories to ensure project information remains accurate
- Resolve supplier discrepancies quickly across logistics, snagging, financial information, and delivery coordination
- Monitor delivery schedules and installation programmes while supporting seamless execution on site
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, schedules, and project files throughout each procurement process
Skills & Experience Required
- At least one year of procurement experience or relevant industry experience within a related setting
- Experience within luxury residential or luxury industry projects would be preferred but is not essential
- Strong numeracy, communication, negotiation, problem solving, initiative, and adaptability across daily project tasks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple Mac systems
- Experience using EstiMac or EstiPC to support procurement tracking and project administration
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail when managing documents, suppliers, budgets, and schedules
- Genuine interest in FF&E interior design and supporting creative residential project delivery
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative design and procurement team
