Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit across all project stages
• Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale developments
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and high-quality outputs
• Support cost management by aligning technical decisions with project budgets and financial objectives
• Attend site visits to provide construction support and resolve technical queries efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with internal QA procedures and current Irish building regulations
• Identify opportunities to optimise design solutions and improve efficiency across project delivery
• Contribute to maintaining consistent technical standards and documentation quality within the team

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years experience in architectural technology focused on large-scale project delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong experience in producing technical documentation packages
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite within a professional environment
• Experience using NBS Chorus for specification writing and structured documentation processes
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, Irish Building Regulations, and planning requirements
• Proven ability to produce detailed designs and full construction documentation independently
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams on complex developments
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland with a valid driving licence for site visits

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between €55,000 and €65,000 depending on experience and technical capability
