Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee retrofit projects from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035 requirements
• Coordinate Retrofit Assessors, Designers and Installers to deliver integrated and high-quality retrofit solutions
• Review retrofit assessments, improvement plans and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance standards
• Manage project documentation, including risk assessments, progress tracking and compliance reporting requirements
• Liaise with residents, clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery processes
• Undertake regular site visits across Manchester and the North West to monitor progress and quality of installation works
• Ensure retrofit measures meet required energy efficiency targets and align with sustainability objectives
• Support continuous improvement by identifying risks, resolving issues and enhancing delivery processes across projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management is essential for this position
• Experience coordinating retrofit projects within the residential or housing sector environment
• Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035 standards and domestic energy efficiency improvement measures
• Understanding of retrofit assessment processes and ability to review technical documentation effectively
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience engaging residents, clients and delivery teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining compliance and quality standards
• Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site-based project responsibilities

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £40,000 and £55,000 depending on experience and qualifications
