HD team celebrate Christmas Rio Carnival style in 2019

The last Friday before Christmas, 20^th December 2019, the HD team celebrated Christmas in Rio style at a Rio Carnival party in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

So we’ve moved from cold Après skiing in Goodwood in 2018 to a hot Rio carnival in Haywards Heath in 2019, and what a night it was! The night was full of amazing features such as Latino dancers, acrobatics, cheese and coffee buffet, hot and cold canapes, a three-course meal, bumper cars, a casino, a donut wall and even a mini ice-cream theatre!

The team indulged into a fantastic three-course meal, with a goat’s cheese and beetroot starter, roast chicken main and the donut wall and ice-cream for dessert. At the end of a long night, they even served up some well needed bacon rolls ready for the journey home.

Not only was this festival themed party good fun for the team, but also raised money for charity with their casino and dodgems which of course we took part in throughout the evening.

A party wouldn’t be a party without a dance floor and it’s fair to say the team danced all night long. (Or until their feet started to hurt too much!)

The team wore their best sparkles, heels and suits and we think they scrubbed up pretty well.
