Role & Responsibilities

• Work on masterplans, urban design projects, and outline applications across residential developments
• Prepare and oversee supporting drawings ensuring quality and consistency across project outputs
• Support delivery of small to medium sized projects within agreed programme requirements
• Contribute to large scale strategic masterplans alongside senior team members
• Develop design codes and documentation supporting planning submissions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
• Produce high quality graphic outputs to communicate design intent effectively

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum two years UK based experience within an architectural or urban design practice
• Postgraduate degree in urban design or related discipline with strong design foundation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design ability and graphic communication skills
• Experience working on residential and mixed use developments within the UK market
• Ability to produce drawings and visual material to support planning and design stages
• Good communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of UK planning processes and urban design principles
• Eligibility to work in the UK with proven project experience

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £30,000 and £34,000 depending on experience and capability
