Role & Responsibilities

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll embark on an exciting learning journey, including:

• Unearthing new business opportunities and turning them into victories
• Grasping the communication game with clients and candidates through calls and emails
• Mastering the art of coordinating interviews, offers and placements, using our in-house database and admin processes
• Nurturing and growing client relationships like a pro
• Organising and taking part in meetings with candidates and clients to make things happen. 

Skills & Experience Required

To thrive at Hunter Dunning as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you should bring the following skills to the table:

• An eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment realm, with a genuine interest in the property sector (experience in the design or construction industry is a bonus)
• A friendly and engaging personality, with a passion for building strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to impress people at all levels
• Fantastic organisational abilities and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• A hunger for success and the drive to contribute as a valuable team player
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
