Town Planning Consultant Job In London
Town Planning Consultant job available, for a leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy in their London Office. This is an opportunity where you will get to work closely with the director and your colleagues, delivering planning advice on planning applications, to help further development of the business in London.
The consultancy work across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, leisure, and housing. They are now looking to add a Town Planning Consultant to the London planning team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Full option appraisals including sales and cost forecasts
- Acquiring land and development opportunities
- Acquisition and disposal advice
- Development funding including JV and SPV initiatives advice.
Required Skills & Experience
- A relevant degree in Town Planning
- Experience delivering planning advice for internal planning applications to various areas of the business and external clients
- Experience managing planning applications from single unit residential schemes to applications with 300 units in residential schemes
- Experience working with the Local Authority.
