This is an exciting opportunity for a Town Planner/Senior Planner to join the planning team of an AJ100 practice based from their West Sussex office.

This AJ100 practice are looking for a Town Planner/Senior Planner to join the team of 8 in the planning team in the West Sussex Office. As a Group they employee around a 100 staff in multiple offices in the south of England. As the successful Town Planner you’ll be involved in various projects and sectors across residential, commercial, mixed use, leisure, education, healthcare, student accommodation, and many more.

Role & Responsibilities

• Preparation of planning appraisals and reports
• Promoting planning applications and securing permissions
• Preparation of planning appeals
• Preparing reports and statements
• Liaising with clients and local authorities

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years+ experience as a Town Planner
• Relevant Degree
• RTPI or working towards

What you get back

• Salary of £35,000 – £43,000 depending on experience
• Bonus
