Town Planner Job in Bristol

I have a Town Planner job available, with a top 20 AJ practice for their office in Bristol. Our client is looking to speak to recently chartered RTPI members or working towards to come in and assist the Town Planning team with projects across the South West.

This Architectural practice employs over 330 people across 10 regional offices. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Planning Consultant to assist the busy Planning team. The successful candidate will play an integral part in helping with new projects in the Educational, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and execute planning application strategies
• Co-ordinate and submit planning applications
• Produce policy appraisals
• Offer client advice across a range of industries
• Assist Senior members of the team
• Liaise with Architect and Design professionals when creating applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• Chartered RTPI Membership or working towards
• Private or Public sector experience is essential
• Full UK Driving License is essential.
