Tenancy Manager job in Chelsea, London

Tenancy Manager job working for one of the biggest real estate agencies in the UK. Our client is looking to speak to experienced Property Managers across West London. This role is offering a salary of up to £38,000.

Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. The successful candidate will be overseeing a portfolio of 120 residential properties.

Role & Responsibilities

• Check all new Tenancy documents have been uploaded correctly, and within company procedure
• Ensure all deals are checked against Tenancy Checklist Form
• Checking all invoices and authorising for payment within 48 hours of receipt
• Sending visit reports to landlords and manage all issues that are resulting from the visit
• Arranging inventory checkouts and communicate to both Landlord and Tenant.
• Keep fully compliant with updated lettings legislations and best practice procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience within a Property Management/Estate Management position
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license.
