**We are currently working with a housing developer based near Southampton with a new opportunity due to the expansion of its technical team for a Technical Coordinator. If you have developer experience or looking to make the move client-side, then this could be the role for you. **
This privately owned developer has a number of ongoing projects ranging from 50 to over 180 units. The company has focused on well-designed and affordable housing in the Hampshire area gaining numerous award nominations as they go. Due to this success, they have an immediate role for a Technical Coordinator to join its team.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and advice as required
Working with internal and external teams
Management and preparation of planning processes
Managing of external consults including fees and schedules
Attending meetings
Prepare working drawings and collating related documents in relation to planning
Reviewing of technical content for publication.
Required Skills & Experience
Degree/HND//HNC IN engineering /Architectural or similar
Experience in working on Large scale residential developments would be essential
Experience working in a housing developer would highly desirable
Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
Strong communication skills
Full driver’s licence is essential.
What you get back
Salary of £35,000 to £40,000
Annual Bonus scheme
21 days holiday increasing with time to a maximum of 25 days
Office hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
