New Technical coordinator job available with successful housing developer based in Hampshire.

This successful privately owned house builder has a new role within its in-house technical team for a technical coordinator working on developments across Hampshire and Sussex.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice as required
• Working with internal and external teams
• Management and preparation of planning processes
• Managing of external consults including fees and schedules
• Attending meetings
• Prepare working drawings and collate related documents in relation to planning
• Reviewing of technical content for publication.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree/HND//HNC IN engineering /Architectural or similar
• Experience in working on Large scale residential developments would be essential
• Experience working in a housing developer would highly desirable
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
• Strong communication skills
• Full driver’s licence is essential

What you get back

• Salary of £35,000 to £45,000
• Annual Bonus scheme
• 21 days holiday increasing with time to a maximum of 25 days
• Office hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
