Technical Architect / Technologist – South East London

Are you an advanced Revit user looking to work on healthcare projects? My client is looking for a Technical Architect or Technologist to join their team

With over 20 years of experience established within the architectural industry, my client works on projects predominantly within healthcare including GP Surgeries to large Hospitals.

My client works in Revit and the focus of this role will be technical detailing. They now seek an experienced Technical Architect or Technologist that shares their passion for this software’s potential, to join their South East London based practice on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

• The role is for taking a project on from post concept design, through to full tender package and ultimately onto site
• Attending on site visits
• Managing multiple projects at once.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years UK experience in an architectural practice
• Advanced Revit skills are essential for this position
• Confident using NBS Spec Writer, MS Office
• Competent in all RIBA stages

• Good technical knowledge.
