Technical delivery role on major Central London residential regeneration project
Job Summary
Technical Architect Job Chalk Farm is available within the Architecture sector supporting the technical delivery of a major residential led regeneration scheme in Central London. The role focuses on detailed design coordination, BIM management and construction stage delivery from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.
This position involves producing technical information, coordinating consultant design input and supporting on site delivery across a complex mixed use development including residential, retail and leisure spaces. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to resolve technical challenges and maintain design quality throughout construction.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential led developments through RIBA Stages 4 to 6
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using ArchiCAD
- Lead BIM coordination and manage consultant design information
- Support Stage 5 delivery including construction detailing and technical queries
- Manage contractor design packages and subcontractor coordination
- Liaise with structural engineers MEP consultants and specialist suppliers
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and gateway requirements
- Contribute to facade detailing material selection and construction methodology
- Support quality assurance through site visits and technical reviews
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Architect with strong experience in technical project delivery
- Proven experience delivering multi unit residential schemes from Stage 4 onwards
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Safety Act processes
- High proficiency using ArchiCAD for modelling and technical documentation
- Experience coordinating BIM workflows across consultant teams
- Experience supporting Stage 5 delivery and contractor design packages
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and site processes
- Confident communication with consultants contractors and internal teams
- Strong technical problem solving ability
