Technical And Delivery Architect / Manager - Westminster, London

An award winning and international practice based in the City of Westminster are now looking for an exceptionally talented Technical and Delivery Architect/Manager to join them on a permanent basis to work on exciting complex projects.

Established 40 years ago, the practice has won multiple Awards and is now led by six Senior Partners. Their portfolio is filled with a variety of projects in sectors such as; Residential, Workplace, International, Education, Healthcare, Spot & Leisure, Research & Science, Civic & Culture, Education and Masterplanning. Designed by themselves, they work from beautiful offices in Marylebone that holds a large team of around 80 Architects and other staff members. In addition to the London office, they also have offices located in Dubai, Tokyo, Munich and Shanghai.

Role & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be managing technical and delivery issues across the practice full time, with potential to grow within the company to an Associate Partner level. You will be working directly with Contractors and Project Managers in the delivery of projects and will be working through all RIBA stages on large complex projects, so hands-on experience is essential.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be ARB & RIBA registered
• At least 10 years professional experience
• Strong knowledge on UK Building Regulations
• Thorough knowledge and experience of construction techniques, specifications, codes / regulations and contracts
• Experience working on a variety of large and complex projects
• Thorough knowledge and experience of Revit
• Knowledge using AECOsim is essential if no experience in Revit
• Experience working on the Bentley platform for all RIBA stages
• Experience managing and working under your own initiative

Salary & Package:

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on experience. In addition to this, there is a negotiable package to be discussed.
