Strategic Planner - Hampshire

**I am currently looking for a Strategic Planner to join the land and planning team in Hampshire, for my client who is a national house builder **

This company is one of the UK’s leading new house builders in the UK, building around 16,000 new homes each year across 300+ locations nationwide. As the successful Strategic Planner, you’ll be reporting to the Land Director.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing strategic land opportunities
• Manage planning promotion
• Master planning
• Managing consultants
• Negotiating with landowners and land agents
• Negotiating and liaise with local planning authorities

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree / Masters Planning Degree with an RTPI accreditation
• Rounded knowledge of planning ideally with a Developer or Planning Consultancy
• Commercial aware
