Strategic Land Manager job in Warrington, Cheshire

I currently have a Strategic Land Manager job with a regional house builder in the North West.

This privately owned regional housebuilder are looking for a Strategic Land Manager to join the land and planning team from their office in Warrington. As the successful Strategic Land Manager you’ll be tasked with identifying land opportunities from Lancashire down to Staffordshire.

Role & Responsibilities

• Securing suitable land opportunities
• Working closely with the planning, land buying and technical teams
• Assist the Strategic Land Director
• Assisting in legal agreements with landowners
• Keeping up to date with planning policy and local plan changes
• Mentor more junior members of the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with strategic land, either as a Planner or Land Manager
• Relevant degree (not essential)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Commercially aware.
