Strategic Infrastructure Designer Job in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

A Strategic Infrastructure Designer job is available, to join a forward-thinking practice based in Peterborough. They are an employee-owned landscape consultancy, with eight offices overall across the whole of the UK, each with its own personality; and made up of an established team of Urban Designers, Landscape Architects, Planners, and Architects.

As the successful candidate, you will be working on Large-scale, nationally significant projects, from crucial transportation infrastructure and the advancement of renewable energy, to the construction of essential reservoirs. They are looking for Associates to Project consultants to join their current expanding team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning and design of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Provide expertise and experience across pre-planning, post-planning, and pre-delivery stages
• Lead and coordinate large multi-disciplinary teams
• Utilising your knowledge of the relevant procedures and consenting regimes for NSIPs (DCO, DNS, Electricity Act, and Town & Country Planning).

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead and support large-scale infrastructure projects
• Previous experience with Business development and winning work is desirable
• Previous experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• CMLI and relevant professional accreditation
• Practical experience within a consultancy environment.
• 5+ years experience minimum.
