Site Manager job in Boston, Lincolnshire for one of the largest residential developers in the county. Our client are looking to speak to experienced Site Managers from a residential background. The role offers a salary of up to £58,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus.

This regional private, family-owned housebuilder employ 75 people and build circa 300 homes per year. They are now looking for a Site Manager for a new residential development in Boston.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting in the production of new homes to meet the aspirations of customers that align with time scales and effective cost strategies
• Act proactively to rectify defects that are identified during the process and after
• Ensure that the production of work is carried out in the safest manner possible
• Creating a site using motivation and involvement strategies
• Comply and abide by all company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Site Management experience
• Track record in effectively managing residential developments
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications
• Full UK Driving License.
