Senior Town Planner Job in Wokingham

I have a Senior Town Planner job available for my client who are a growing Planning Consultancy in the South East. They are currently looking to expanded the planning team from graduates to Senior Town Planners.

This planning practice now have a team of 24 and continuing to grow. Throughout the pandemic they didn’t furlough anyone and grew from 6 to 18 staff. As the successful Senior Town Planner, you’ll be based from their office near Wokingham and joining the team of 18 planners for this region. You’ll be dealing with complex planning and enforcement appeals for both private and public sector clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Associate Planners
• Working on complex planning and enforcement appeals
• Deal with appeals at hearings
• Advising clients on strategy options
• Advising clients of the appropriate planning processes
• Client facing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Town Planning
• 3+ years post graduate experience
• MRTPI or working towards.

• £35,000 – £42,000 DOE
