Senior Technician – Ware, Hertfordshire

My client, formed in 2002 with two offices split between busy London and quaint Hertfordshire countryside focuses on bespoke, high end residential design led and technical projects and specialise in luxury, period properties.
The opportunity has arisen from an increase in workload and expansion of the organisation which has meant a variety of roles have become available to join a collaborative and design led team.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be taking a leading role in supporting the construction of a Hertfordshire Country House project, amongst other unique technical projects.

The organisation is looking for someone to take the interest and care in delivery of projects to high standard, realisation of project potential and delivery to maximise end result. You will be required to speed up the design process on a variety of projects and be part of a defining role for the organisation.

This role will allow for the right candidate to progress into leading teams and setting objectives to design and deliver unique and beautiful projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years PQE experience
• AutoCAD proficient
• High end residential experience
• Interest and knowledge of construction and the built environment
• Strong technical drawing ability
• Driving essential due to rural location
• Interest in Listed buildings
• Able to work across all scales – schematic & detailed

Salary & Package

The salary range for this position is £40,000 – £50,000 dependent upon experience and statutory pension scheme.
