Role & Responsibilities
- Lead hospitality interior design projects through technical and delivery stages ensuring coordination and design accuracy
- Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD for construction and project delivery requirements
- Coordinate effectively with consultants suppliers and contractors to ensure alignment across all project stages
- Attend site meetings review mock ups and manage snagging processes through to final completion stages
- Manage multiple projects or project areas simultaneously while maintaining quality and programme expectations
- Ensure all design outputs align with budgets timelines and established studio standards and procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum six years professional experience delivering interior design projects within hospitality environments
- Proven ability to lead projects with strong experience managing technical design stages
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and hospitality design requirements across projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with confidence in client facing environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe InDesign Photoshop SketchUp and Microsoft Office software packages
- Ability to mentor junior team members while contributing positively to collaborative studio culture
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships across complex project lifecycles
Salary & Benefits
