Senior Sustainability Analyst Job in Dallas, Texas, USA

Senior Sustainability Analyst job available, with our clients’ office in Dallas, Texas. The practice is a leading employee-owned architecture and design firm with a growing team of sustainability experts. The ideal candidate will have eight or more years of industry experience and a background in architecture, design, or engineering. Offering a salary of up to $100,000 plus extensive benefits!

Established over half a century ago, this practice has a long-standing history of successfully providing architectural and interior design services to a range of clients across various sectors including workplace, commercial, aviation, education, and more. As part of this role, you will be supporting project teams to ensure they have all the right tools and strategies to meet the necessary sustainability objectives that the firm is committed to achieving. The position is open to both Dallas, TX, and New York locations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the department lead, ensuring project teams have all the right tools and strategies
• Compile and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences
• Monitor and translate quantitative information and energy performance metrics
• Track and ensure the effectiveness of sustainable design initiatives
• Assist project teams with bespoke sustainability frameworks
• Research and implement well-being strategies and initiatives
• Conduct sustainability assessments and benchmarking.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience from a similar background
• Degree qualified in architecture, engineering, interior design, or a related field
• Accredited in AIA, PE, CEM, or LEED
• Strong knowledge of sustainable materials and methods of work in the built environment
• Prior use/knowledge of building environmental analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of sustainability codes and standards
• Presentation development and delivery experience
• Ability to be office-based with travel opportunities from time to time.
