Senior Rural Surveyor Job in Perth, Perthshire

I have a Senior Rural Surveyor job with a leading real estate consultancy who are now looking for a Senior Rural Surveyor to join their rural land management team in Perth.

As the Senior Rural Surveyor, you’ll be joining the rural land management team managing multiple clients across the Perthshire region. This client is open to experienced Rural Surveyors becoming Senior Rural Surveyors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Secure new business with new and existing clients
• Act as the Principal Agent
• Rural valuation work
• Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land
• Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• MRICS
• CAAV would be an advantage
• Proven track record in rural land management
• Commercially aware
• Flexible approach
• Team player
• Self-motivated.
