Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear guidance on rural estate management and land use decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to deliver consistent and professional advisory services.
• Provide strategic business advice alongside long term tax planning for rural estates and land assets.
• Manage day to day operations of rural estates while supporting wider strategic planning objectives.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation.
• Undertake rural valuations and provide informed recommendations based on market conditions.
• Deliver advice across rural, residential, and agricultural property management requirements.
• Support clients with grants, subsidies, rural connectivity, and land related compliance matters.

Skills & Experience Required

• MRICS qualified with a RICS accredited degree in surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years experience within rural land management consultancy roles.
• Strong understanding of rural estate management, valuations, and landlord and tenant matters.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and maintain long term professional relationships.
• Experience advising on grants, subsidies, and compliance requirements within rural environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting, analysis, and client communication tasks.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to develop new and existing client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits and client meetings.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
• Car allowance of £4,500 to support travel requirements across rural sites and client locations.
• On target bonus scheme ranging from £3,000 to £5,000 based on performance metrics.
• Hybrid working arrangement providing flexibility between office and remote working.
