Role & Responsibilities

• Lead client liaison including presentations, project programming, and wider project delivery responsibilities
• Prepare and present feasibility studies, appraisals, outline designs, and budget cost estimates
• Appoint and manage professional teams while monitoring project outputs against agreed programmes
• Act as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent across a variety of building project types
• Manage tender processes including tender analysis and preparation of detailed project reports
• Oversee contract administration responsibilities throughout the full project lifecycle across active schemes
• Take additional project leadership responsibilities including monthly management of project fees and reporting

Skills & Experience Required

• BSc Hons in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline required
• Associate membership of RICS or equivalent recognised professional qualification preferred for applicants
• Proven track record within a construction consultancy environment is strongly preferred for this role
• Experience delivering education, residential, and refurbishment projects would be advantageous for applicants
• Confident managing multiple client relationships and project interactions across varied project stages
• Strong understanding of contract administration, project delivery, and multidisciplinary team coordination processes
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, reporting, presentations, and consultancy project delivery
