Senior Project Architect – South West London

Are you a Senior Project Architect with advanced Revit skills looking to join a practice that are advanced users of the software? With the opportunity to work towards becoming an Associate.

With over 35 years of experience within the architectural industry, my client works on a broad range of projects, from one-off houses, to large affordable and high-end multi-storey apartment developments, student housing, hotels and various mixed-use commercial and community projects.

My client has been working in Revit for over 14 years and are currently moving into BIM level 2. They now seek an experienced Senior Project Architect that shares their passion for this software’s potential, to join their South West London based practice on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

• Advanced ability in architectural design and/or technical production particularly within residential
• Proven ability as project leader to deliver projects independently & with assistance of junior staff
• Full management of the team as project leader with more autonomy over other Architects
• Produce drawings, specifications, presentations, statements & reports
• Undertaking & increasing all levels of responsibility as that of an Associate.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years PQE
• Advanced Revit skills are essential for this position
• Experience working across stages 0 – 7 on residential projects ideally
• Good project and resource management skills

• Ability to research, collate & analyse all information relative to the work undertaken.
