Senior Project Architect job available, with a multidisciplinary architecture and design firm, working from their studio in Chapel Hill, NC, on a hybrid basis. Offering up to $100,000 plus benefits!

Over the last two decades since the business was established, the team has grown to over 100 members of staff that are split across three offices, covering a diverse range of project types such as corporate interiors, hospitality, multi-family, education, and more. Part of the firm’s design ethos is focused on the bigger picture of projects, how they contribute to the local areas, their sustainability impact, and promoting a sense of wellness for the users. Due to the continued expansion of their portfolio, they are now looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Architect for their office in Chapel Hill.

Role & Responsibilities

• Involvement in all project phases, including working with clients directly
• Development and design of client presentations
• Manage and lead a project team
• Work with external consultants
• Assist with technical production work and oversee technical drawings from the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of industry experience working in an architecture/architecture and interior design firm
• Licensed Architect
• Experience working on a range of project types
• Prior involvement in sustainable/LEED Certified projects is highly desirable.
