Senior Lifecycle Cost Consultant job in London / Hybrid Working, for an international and leading multidisciplinary consultancy. Salary £60,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance £4.8k + Bonus + 28 Days Holiday + BH + Hybrid Working.
They are a leading global cost consultant partner and completely employee-owned in the UK, offering cost management, project and programme management, specialist consultancy and digital services. Delivering cost-effective and sustainable projects for their international client base. To be considered you must come from a lifecycle cost consultancy background from a consultancy. The role will be working on education, healthcare, government and sports / leisure projects England. The role can be based out of their London, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield or Birmingham offices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialist lifecycle cost advice and optimisation of whole-life costs and performance for a range of projects and assets including options appraisals
- Provide whole-life cost outputs and data to support economic and business cases
- Provide bespoke advice to clients including research, data, quantitative analysis (including lifecycle, energy and risk models) and evaluation
- Carry out consultancy assignments in a wide range of sectors in the construction industry
- Produce high-quality technical outputs to clients including models, presentations, reports and datasets
- Identify and contribute to business development opportunities and bid/proposal development
- Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS essential
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Lifecycle Cost Consultancy experience
- Experienced in lifecycle modelling analysis and advice in the construction industry
- Experience in producing analytical reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Asset Management and BREEAM projects would be advantageous.
