Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure landscape projects ensuring high-quality and creative outcomes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, guiding collaborative design processes and stakeholder engagement across project stages.
• Prepare project narratives, design principles and Environmental Impact Assessment inputs for planning applications.
• Represent clients in consultations, public meetings and engagement with infrastructure planning stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development activities, supporting bids and building professional networks within the sector.
• Manage project delivery including programme coordination, resource planning and quality assurance processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members within a collaborative studio environment.
• Ensure compliance with planning policies, environmental standards and project requirements throughout delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in Landscape Architecture with Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute or working towards chartership.
• Minimum five years experience within a consultancy environment delivering landscape architecture projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, Environmental Impact Assessment and NSIP consenting processes.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex and large-scale projects.
• Strong design capability supported by technical knowledge across landscape planning and delivery stages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and client interaction.
• Experience contributing to business development, bid preparation or client relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality outputs.
