Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the design process across landscape projects from masterplanning through to detailed design stages.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources ensuring efficient and successful delivery.
• Prepare design presentations, technical drawings and reports to communicate design intent effectively.
• Undertake site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and project development.
• Mentor junior landscape architects supporting their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the practice.
• Ensure compliance with planning policies, environmental standards and project requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

• Chartered Landscape Architect with minimum three years post CMLI experience within a consultancy environment.
• Proven experience delivering landscape projects across sectors such as public realm, education or infrastructure.
• Strong design capability with technical expertise supported by proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Revit or similar tools for coordination and technical delivery would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills supporting stakeholder engagement and client interaction.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development.
• Full UK driving licence to support site visits and project engagement.
