Senior Landscape Architect Landscape & Urban Design job in Oxford, Oxford. This opportunity is with an employee-owned multidisciplinary practice delivering public realm, regeneration, infrastructure, and masterplanning projects across the UK. The successful candidate will join a collaborative Oxford studio working alongside urban designers, planners, landscape architects, and environmental consultants on landscape-led placemaking projects.

The role requires strong design capabilities, technical understanding, and experience across all RIBA stages with the ambition to progress towards independently managing projects. You will contribute to creative and technically demanding schemes focused on improving communities, sustainability, and place-led design outcomes.

This position would suit an experienced landscape architect with consultancy experience seeking greater involvement across public realm and masterplanning projects within a supportive and design-focused environment. Strong communication abilities alongside Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite experience are highly desirable.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work on landscape design, public realm, regeneration, and masterplanning projects across multiple UK sectors
• Develop creative landscape-led design proposals throughout concept, planning, and technical delivery project stages
• Collaborate closely with planners, urban designers, consultants, and multidisciplinary project delivery teams regularly
• Prepare clear graphic presentations illustrating landscape concepts, technical information, and placemaking strategies effectively
• Support project delivery across all RIBA stages while maintaining programme and quality expectations consistently
• Attend meetings with clients and consultants while contributing positively to collaborative project discussions regularly
• Use Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite software within coordinated project design and delivery processes
• Progress towards independently managing projects while supporting high-quality landscape architecture and public realm outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years of consultancy experience within landscape architecture or multidisciplinary design environments successfully
• Qualification in landscape architecture with urban design experience considered beneficial but not essential requirements
• Strong design flair supported by technical knowledge and coordinated landscape project delivery experience throughout practice
• Excellent graphic communication skills with confidence illustrating landscape concepts and technical design proposals clearly
• Proficiency using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite within professional consultancy and design environments
• Experience across all RIBA stages with ambition to independently manage landscape architecture projects successfully
• Either working towards or already achieved CMLI status with consultancy-based landscape architecture project experience
• Full UK driving licence with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative multidisciplinary working environments
