This is an opportunity for a Senior Land Manager to join a top 10 builder in their Southern region covering Sussex and Surrey.

This top 10 house builder are looking to strengthen their land team in their new region which covers Sussex and Surrey by appointing a Senior Land Manager or Land Manager to work alongside the Head of Land. This is an exciting opportunity in a new region, with huge growth plans moving forward.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identifying land opportunities
• Negotiating terms for the acquisition
• Prepare and submit land approval packs
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
• Manage the offer process
• Support the Land Director and Regional Managing Director

Required Skills & Experience

• Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
• Experienced in land buying in the region
• Previously worked for a housebuilder
• Proven track record of completed land deals
• Working in partnerships would be an advantage
