Senior Land Manager Job in East Midlands

I currently have a Senior Land Manager job in the East Midlands working for a top 10 house builder across Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

This top 10 house builder are looking to strengthen their land team in their East Midlands region which covers Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire by appointing a Senior Land Manager or Land Manager to work alongside the Head of Land. This region is very active in buying as they have a targeted goal to hit 600 units p/a. In this position you’ll have the opportunity to buy immediate and strategic sites.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identifying land opportunities
• Negotiating terms for the acquisition
• Prepare and submit land approval packs
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
• Manage the offer process
• Support the Head of Land

Required Skills & Experience

• Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
• Experienced in land buying in the region
• Previously worked for a housebuilder
• Proven track record of completed land deals
• Working in partnerships would be an advantage

What you get back

• £55k – £75k depending on experience
