Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams and internal stakeholders to assess sites and shape development strategies
• Manage tendering processes, appoint consultants and contractors, and oversee contract administration activities
• Lead planning, scheduling, and monitoring of developments to ensure delivery on time and budget
• Oversee project budgets, valuations, and final accounts ensuring effective cost control and reporting
• Identify and manage commercial and project risks across multiple live development schemes
• Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building regulations, and internal governance policies
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to support delivery
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, financials, and key milestones to stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing mid to large scale residential development projects
• Strong project management background within the residential or housing sector
• Comprehensive understanding of contract management and development processes
• Strong IT skills including experience with project management and financial modelling tools
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits and project requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, programme, and financial targets
• MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential for the role

Salary & Benefits
