Founded and managed by two forward thinking friends, this lifestyle brand is taken over the world. Their co-living / co-working model has changed the hospitality industry in some of the most exotic locations in America and is now taking over Europe.

The team pride themselves on their ability to redefine what it means to explore, travel and work. They have designed over 20 locations that are not only quirky and thoughtfully put together but that also encourages guests to connect with likeminded people. They promote art and culture while looking after the environment, offer Yoga and surf lessons at their beach locations and host means parties wherever they are!

With a very exciting pipeline of projects lined up for the UK, Greece, Portugal and Poland, they are currently looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join them in the London HQ’s.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Producing initial space planning/ floor plans
  • Developing and presenting design proposals
  • Ensuring new design schemes are aligned with the company’s brand and history
  • Managing all FF&E; selection of finishes, furniture and all decorative elements
  • Involvement in the development of schedules and budgets of each project
  • Liaising with creative teams, contractors and suppliers for works onsite

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ interior design experience
  • Experience working on hospitality/F&B projects preferred but not essential
  • Interior architecture experience; ability to produce technical/detailed drawings is a plus
  • Proven track record working on all project stages
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Suite is preferred
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling softwares such as Sketch Up, Rhino, Revit etc would be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel is essential
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency with any other languages are always welcome!

Salary & Package

  • £36,000 – £46,000. This is only a guideline and depends fully on experience
