Role & Responsibilities

• Lead residential interior design projects from concept stage through to installation and final snagging completion
• Produce client presentations including mood boards, sample boards and visual materials to communicate design intent clearly
• Manage FF&E processes including sourcing, procurement, supplier coordination and bespoke furniture development
• Prepare technical drawings including layouts and elevations to design intent stage ensuring accurate project documentation
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and on-site activities to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and programme
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors and suppliers maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships
• Mentor junior designers providing guidance on design development, technical detailing and project coordination tasks

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years experience delivering high-end residential interior design projects from concept to completion
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design, FF&E specification and successful project delivery across luxury interiors
• Proven experience managing projects including procurement, installation and coordination with contractors and suppliers
• Solid technical knowledge including interior architecture, drawing production and construction detailing principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Esti with additional knowledge of SketchUp beneficial
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced studio environment
• Detail-oriented approach ensuring high standards across design output, documentation and final project delivery

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and project delivery capability
• Hybrid working with one day per week working from home supporting flexible working arrangements
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional time off during Christmas closure period
