Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design projects from concept development through to installation ensuring design quality and delivery
  • Produce and present design concepts, mood boards and client presentations to a high professional standard
  • Manage all FF&E stages including sourcing, specification and procurement of bespoke elements and finishes
  • Expand and maintain a network of suppliers to support project delivery and material sourcing
  • Attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is achieved during installation
  • Contribute to business development activities supporting growth of the interior design offering
  • Mentor and support junior team members fostering collaboration and professional development
  • Collaborate with architectural teams to ensure integrated and cohesive project outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 years experience working on high-end residential interior design projects within London
  • Proven ability leading projects from concept through to completion including installation stages
  • Strong FF&E experience including procurement and specification of bespoke furniture and finishes
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes and established supplier networks within the UK
  • Outstanding communication skills with confidence managing client relationships and presentations
  • Experience leading and mentoring team members within a collaborative studio environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite for design development and presentation work
  • Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and spatial awareness across residential projects

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary between £55,000 and £65,000 depending on experience and leadership capability
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing annually up to 25 days with service
  • Flexible working hours within a structured office schedule supporting work life balance
  • One day per week working from home following successful completion of probation period
