Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of projects from concept through to completion
  • Manage project teams to ensure consistent quality across all design outputs and deliverables
  • Develop and present high-quality design presentations
  • Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and visuals
  • Oversee procurement processes, placing orders and tracking FF&E items through to site delivery
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintain quality control across design, procurement, and installation stages at all times

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum five years experience within luxury interior design across residential and hospitality sectors
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. ArchiCAD knowledge beneficial
  • Experience managing FF&E budgets, procurement processes, and supplier coordination independently
  • Ability to produce detailed technical drawings and review bespoke joinery and furniture designs
  • Excellent presentation skills with confidence when communicating design ideas to clients
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
  • Understanding of luxury design standards and ability to maintain consistent project quality outputs
  • Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
