Role & Responsibilities

• Lead multiple interior design projects from concept through to completion
• Act as project lead and primary point of contact for clients and consultants
• Develop and present design concepts and creative strategies
• Manage and mentor junior and midweight designers
• Oversee FF&E selections, material palettes and bespoke joinery design
• Lead the production of design development and technical drawing packages
• Review and redline design team drawings to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with visualisers, contractors and external consultants
• Review contractor information including cost plans, RFIs and shop drawings
• Attend and lead design team meetings and project site visits
• Ensure design intent is maintained through value engineering and construction
