Role & Responsibilities
- Develop creative design responses from initial research through to final execution across luxury retail projects
- Produce detailed design proposals including mood boards, renders, and technical drawing packages
- Work across three dimensional retail environments from large installations to smaller point of sale elements
- Lead design projects through all stages ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards
- Prepare dimensioned design intent packages and support briefing of engineering drawings
- Present creative concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and deliverable design outcomes
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum three years experience delivering interior design projects within luxury retail environments
- Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D for modelling, rendering, and visual communication tasks
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes within retail environments
- Knowledge of luxury brand aesthetics and visual merchandising principles across multiple formats
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to design and installation processes
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with project stakeholders
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other 3D visualisation tools
- Experience with Redshift, animation, or video software is advantageous for enhanced presentation outputs
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience and project capability
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays supporting work life balance
- Hybrid working arrangement with two days per week working from home
- Summer hours with early finishes on Fridays during July and August
