Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare concept designs for Director review and develop full design concepts for client presentations
• Develop storyboards and InDesign layouts to communicate ideas through sketches, digital drawings and presentations
• Lead projects through detailed design and delivery while overseeing multiple projects or project areas simultaneously
• Produce and oversee technical drawings and packages in AutoCAD throughout detailed design and delivery
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors while attending site meetings and mock-up reviews
• Manage snagging processes and ensure designs align with budgets, programmes and studio standards
• Drive projects forward with a proactive problem-solving approach across multiple projects and project areas
• Confidently communicate design ideas through sketches, digital drawings, presentations, storyboards and InDesign layouts

Skills & Experience Required

• Bring a minimum of six years’ professional experience working in interior design roles and projects
• Demonstrate a proven track record leading interior design projects from initial concept through completion
• Apply strong knowledge of UK building regulations and hospitality design standards throughout project work
• Communicate and organise effectively while maintaining confidence in client-facing discussions and project relationships
• Use AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office confidently across design workflows
• Inspire, motivate and mentor team members while supporting collaborative delivery across multiple project areas
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines across simultaneous project responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, organisation and client-facing skills

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
