Role & Responsibilities

• Complete interior design projects from initial concept development through detailed delivery stages
• Attend client meetings and site visits, with occasional travel required for project work
• Produce accurate detailed working drawings and specifications for retail and commercial interiors
• Create clear mood boards, visualisations and design presentations for clients and colleagues
• Assist with developing concept proposals that respond to retail strategy and customer flow
• Manage allocated workloads carefully to meet agreed project deadlines and delivery requirements
• Work closely with the wider project team throughout each stage of project development
• Report project progress clearly and consistently to the Design Director throughout delivery

Skills & Experience Required

• Hold a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a recognised institution
• Bring at least 4 years of UK experience delivering commercial projects across all stages
• Demonstrate strong experience across commercial environments
• Use Vectorworks daily for producing coordinated drawings and project information
• Use SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and Enscape confidently for design development and presentations
• Show excellent communication and presentation skills when working with clients and project teams
• Understand commercial strategy, customer flow and how design decisions support commercial objectives
