Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of interior and FF&E packages for education projects
• Take responsibility for projects from concept design through to tender and delivery
• Produce compliant layouts aligned with Department for Education Output Specifications and Building Bulletins
• Design classrooms teaching spaces staff areas and learning environments with workflow planning focus
• Produce detailed room layouts elevations schedules and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
• Act as the main client contact managing meetings design coordination and project queries
• Work independently coordinating architects engineers and specialist consultants
• Deliver BIM outputs ensuring coordinated models drawings and data
• Create manage and issue COBie compliant project data
• Support procurement stages with contractor ready schedules and specifications
• Attend design reviews project meetings and occasional site visits
