Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design projects across all stages while maintaining quality and project programme requirements
  • Support and mentor junior designers to encourage development, confidence, and technical design knowledge
  • Liaise directly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and architects throughout project delivery stages
  • Oversee and create technical design information using Revit for varied interior design projects
  • Attend site visits across the Northeast to review progress and support project coordination
  • Take ownership of interior design projects while managing relationships and design expectations
  • Coordinate design information across teams to support clear communication and successful project outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture with relevant professional project experience
  • Minimum four years of experience leading interior design projects through all stages
  • Experience working on commercial projects, with varied sector knowledge considered beneficial
  • Working knowledge of Revit is essential for technical design and project coordination
  • Experience developing strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers
  • UK driver’s license and own car required for site visits across the Northeast
  • On site experience supporting project delivery, technical queries, and coordination requirements
