Senior Interior Designer Job in Central London

Currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hotel and F&B design to join a practice based in Central London. Due to an increasing pipeline of projects a creative Senior Interior Designer is required to lead a small team whilst working on projects from concept to completion, this is an all-rounder position offered on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £55,000 + Benefits.

Offering a full turnkey interior design service, this design studio is known for its work across the hospitality, residential and retail sectors. They produce bespoke designs for projects in the UK and worldwide and have built a solid reputation with long-standing clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop concept designs and presentations
• Create full detailed drawing packages
• FF&E specification
• Take the lead on projects, ensuring adherence to the program and budget
• Visit sites and conduct site meetings, reviews, oversee installations, and snagging
• Lead a small team of designers, mentoring and providing support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years’ industry experience working on high-end F&B/hospitality projects
• Experience leading a team
• Proficient using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office
• Able to create full technical packages
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Prior experience leading projects from concept through to completion.

What you get back

• Salary of £47,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
• 21 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by 2 days after 2 years of service, then an additional 2 days after 4 years of service)

• Working hours 9am – 6pm Mon to Thurs and 3.30pm early finish every Friday
