Senior Interior Architect - Luxury Residential - SW London

Senior Interior Architect required for a luxury residential architectural & design Studio based in SW London. The practice is highly regarded for the quality of their work and their position within the luxury residential sector. The role will involve working on a wide range of luxury projects across the globe and is offered on a full-time permanent basis.

Their team combines the perfect amount of creativity, industry knowledge and innovation, producing phenomenal work for national and international clients. Due to an increase on their workload, they are currently seeking an equally minded Senior Interior Architect to become a core member of their team and work alongside the Director and Head of Interior Architecture on a variety of luxury residential projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• To work across all stages of the design process, from concept through to completion
• Liaising directly with UHNW clients, including delivering presentations and concept designs
• Leading concept development and space planning
• Creation and production of full technical drawing packages, including plans, elevations, and design intent technical detailing
• Overseeing and managing on-site installation and liaising with contractors
• Production of internal design programmes
• Instructing and managing junior members of the team on an ad-hoc basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ interior architecture experience, ideally within the luxury residential sector but hospitality will also be considered
• Competent Vectorworks, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office user
• Project management and client-facing experience
• Strong hand sketching skills
• Degree qualified in Interior Design or Architecture.
