Senior Hospitality Designer (BIM) Job in East London

A Senior Hospitality Designer job is now available in East London. This role would suit a technical designer/interior architect looking to develop their career within the luxury hospitality sector. Salary range of £40,000 – £50,000 and the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.

With offices in London a Portugal, this leading studio has an ever-expanding portfolio of luxury hospitality projects in Europe. Their characteristic timeless aesthetic is always present in the high-end hotels, restaurants and residential development schemes they work on.

They are now looking for a talented designer who can take concepts and document them, doing all the production work and delivering the projects successfully.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working on high-end projects from concept through to completion
• Producing detailed design intent drawings
• Creating bespoke joinery and furniture design drawings/plans
• Delivering projects
• Producing client presentations
• Working on-site and liaising with contractors when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ industry experience
• Outstanding interior architecture experience and skills
• Confident producing technical packages, joinery and detailed drawings
• Experience delivering high-end projects
• On-site experience
• Experience liaising directly with contractors, suppliers and third parties
• Strong knowledge of Revit (AutoCAD also considered), Photoshop and Sketch Up.
